To
make a booking
1.Check that the
week or weekend you want is available (dates that are not available
are not shown)
2. Click on the
date that you require. This will take you to another page
3. Fill in the form
with your details
4. Click on Submit.
This will send us your details (and a copy to you)
5. Your chosen booking
is now on hold for 3 days. To retain this booking you must send us the
25% of the booking cost plus a deposit of £50. If you booking
is less than 8 weeks away you must send us the full amount.
6. Enjoy your holiday
7. Provided that
the conditions of hire have been complied with we will return your deposit
in full

Conditions
1. The hiring contract
is between the hirer and the owners.
2. Bookings should
be made initially by e.mail using this form or telephone Your dates
are then placed on hold for three working days. You should then send
a cheque with your deposit plus 25% of the hire fee or the full balence
enclosing a completed booking form. Once we have recieved your payment
we will confirm your booking. The full balance is due eight weeks prior
to the beginning of the booking. If the booking is less than eight weeks
from the required date, then the full amount becomes due on confirmation.
Where a booking is not confirmed within 3 days it may be made available
to someone else.
3. Once booked the
hirer is responsible for the total advertised price of the booking.
4. It is the hirer's
responsibility to pay for any accidental breakages or damage that occur
during their holiday and to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
You must also tell us immediately if anything breaks down or will need
attention at the end of your stay. This enables us to plan the changeover
day so that we can for instance arrange for the electrician or plumber
to arrive before the next people arrive!
5. The hirers are
required to permit the owner or agent access to the property for any
repairs necessary.
6. The hirer agrees
not to exceed the maximum number of persons allowed to stay in the property.
This means 6 people in The Farmhouse
7. Cancellation:
Should you wish to cancel your booking please let us know in writing
as soon as possible. In this event any fees paid less the deposit will
be refunded if cancelled at least 8 weeks prior to the booking, after
this time no refund will be given unless the property is re-let in which
case the any fee paid less the deposit will be re-funded.
8. If the property
becomes unavailable on the date stated for example due to damage or
other problems with the property, your fee will be refunded in full.
The hirer shall have no further claim against the owner.
9. Any complaints
should be made to the owner immediately so that it can be investigated
and remedial action taken. Requests for compensation will not be considered
after the holiday. We are always interested to hear of your ideas for
future improvements to the property.
10. Properties are
available from 4.00p.m. on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by
10am on the day of departure.
11. Pets: We
regret that we can no longer accommodate pets.
12. Excess noise
or other nuisance causing disturbance to other guests or neighbours
are not acceptable and may result in termination of the booking.
13. No Smoking.
smoking is not allowed indoors.
14. Whilst every
effort is made to ensure that all aspects of the property remain as
advertised we accept no liability for items outside our control eg power
cuts, drought, or for loss or injury to persons or property whilst on
the premises.
