| Location
Situated within the National Park, Barch farm is located 100 yards down a gravel drive off a quiet lane which leads down to the Brandy Brook valley. This small river winds down to the sea at the North end of Newgale Beach and is a haven for wildlife. A pair of Otters were seen here in the autumn of 2000. |

| The road which leads past the farm is for most of the year a “no through road” as just beyond the farm is a ford which is often too deep for cars. This means that there is very little passing traffic resulting in one of the quietest spots in Pembrokeshire. The nearest shop and pub are at Roch which is about three miles away. Nightlife? you might see a bat or hear a fox in the distance. Alternatively Solva, St Davids and Little Haven offer lovely intimate restaurants with prices for all pockets. | ||
